About the Inn

The Sager House provides a unique, enjoyable experience for guests. Just as each of our guest rooms has their individual character, so do our public rooms.

The Dining Room

The Dining Room Picture-rail tiger oak walls welcome guests when they come to sit down for a meal in our dining room. The dining room seats up to fourteen guests with ample light provided by the large bay windows. Adding to the room's ambience is a crystal chandelier as well as an antique china hatch dating from 1740 Ireland.

The Living Room

The Living Room As with the dining room, the living room has a uniquely warm, inviting atmosphere for the weary traveler. Hand-carved, crown-moulded tiger oak doors surround the guest with a marvel of architectural beauty. The room's bay windows allow a stream of eastern light to shine in. Pocket doors allow the living room to be closed off or opened up as needed, with access into the dining room and main hall. The living room is adorned with original guash paintings and ink drawings, all adding to the natural mystique of the fireplace and its hand-laid moss rock hearth.

The Library

The Library The lighted balcony library on the inn's top floor provides an extraordinary resource for avid readers. The library boasts over 1,000 volumes and growing from numerous authors and genres. Among the library's collection, guests can find many antique and rare volumes available for their reading pleasure. Reference materials are also available.

Additionally, the library has a young people's area with desk, table, rocker and chair in addition to a selection of children's literature.

The Game Room

The Game Room The game room is built for entertainment and it is here that you will find many opportunities to while away the hours. Fully carpeted, the gaming room features a fireplace with a hand-laid wall. A television and VCR are available for those that want to sit down and watch a good movie or else catch up on the day's news. Chess, checkers, and other board game sets are available for those looking to engage their opponent in a battle of wits and/or luck.

The Exercise Room

The Exercise Room This Pacific full-body gym has everything that travelers need to maintain their fitness regimens. Treadmills and yoga mats are available for guests to use, and the exercise room (adjacent to the game room) can be closed off so as to minimize distractions.
